I’m not the first to tell you this. I’m pretty sure your grandma or great aunt has already enlightened you about this a million times although you easily dismissed it. But on a serious note, the toxic foods in your kitchen can slowly kill you. It’s up to you decide what kind of food you eat, and this choice that you make plays a crucial role in your health and wellbeing. Certain food and drinks can be deceitful and aren’t as healthy as their looks scream. And when taken regularly, they could put you at a risk for serious health problems. Mostly they’re processed with tons of chemicals, outweighing the natural ingredients and are made out of artificial substances.

Whilst you regularly consume these, you’re also effectively and slowly killing yourself. Soda once in every two or three months when the heat’s hitting you like you’re in hell, is probably okay, but if you’re a fan of it and consume the drink very often, you must find a way to put an end to this habit. I repeat, must. That is if you want to avoid gulping down a combination of artificial sweeteners and disappointing levels of sugar and other substances. If you actually saw the whole process, it would probably be something you shouldn’t drink even if it’s the last thing on earth. Well if you did want to increase your risk of having , obesity, , kidney decline, cancer, dehydration, diabetes and the list goes on, then you continue this dangerous habit of yours happily. You know, water, fresh juices and healthy teas are always calling for you. Why resort to unhealthy acids when you can have them?
